Dr. Herbert H. Bartel,Jr.
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served during WW II with the USN as a member of the Navy Construction Battalions-the Seabees. The Seabees were some of the unsung heroes of the War-they built airfields, ports and advanced bases and when they had to, they would put down their tools and pick up weapons and fight. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
Kathy and Peggy I send my prayers to you and your family. Your parents were like family to me. They were there as my guardian angels to guide me and help me through my roughest times. I know we have two angels in heaven watching over us. My sincere sympathy to you and your family.
Peggy and Kathy, My condolences go out to you and your families. Dr. Bartel was an inspiration to both Sue and me as we studied for the ministry. We bless the day that we met your folks and it was a true pleasure to serve in the pulpit with him. God bless.
Peggy and Kathy......so sorry for the loss of your beloved father. My prayers and condolences are with you at this most difficult time.
Peggy and Kathy, I am so very sorry for your loss. I am honored that I knew Dr.Bartel. He was always so eloquent when speaking at church. I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
