Dear Helen, Michael, Marielle, and grandchildren,
We are so sorry to learn of Hilbert passing away. Scott called to tell us about the sign in Ossian-"We will miss you Hilbert". We don't get the News-Banner, so am sorry that we weren't there for you, but you are in our thoughts and Prayers. Hilbert was such a nice man.

Dear Helen, Marielle, Mike and families. Please accept my deepest sympathy and know you are in my daily prayers. I am so sorry for your loss and that I wasn't there for you the day of the funeral. I am happy though that I was able to visit Hilbert in the hospital just a few days earlier. We shared some memories. He loved his family so much. It was good to see him smile and laugh. The pictures on Legacy were fun to look at and must give you a flood of memories. I had the deepest respect for Hilbert, an honest, respectable, hard working and generous man. He was always fun to be around. He will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by many people. The Lord be with you. Love, Ned Werling, Lexington KY
