Jack was a childhood friend of mine. We grew up playing in the alley in between 8th and 9th street and in the woods along Lick Creek in Beech Grove. He went to Viet Nam and I went to college. Four years later we both came home, jumped in the same car and "cruised the south side from the White Caste to the TeePee. Great Memories. You will be missed Jack. May God grant his comfort to the Clark Family at this time.

You and Richard and your other friend's would gather there and play foosball, listen to music, talk and have a good time. I have alway's loved you from day one. You were a wonderful man with the nicest smile that melted all the girl's heart's mine included. I love you! I will alway's think of you with loving happy thought's. Your friend forever!!!!!! Tears Are Proof of Life
I ‘m still not understanding the emotions that I' ‘m feeling.
Though tears are proof of life, they're also part of healing.

The pain I feel will stay within and just below the surface.
A wave of tears washes over me and once again I ‘m powerless.

Today we gather surrounded by friends and yet I feel alone.
I know he's in a better place since God has called him home.

Jack's personality overflowed and bubbled from his soul.
Every day he infused his light to people young and old.

Jack's life should be remembered as one filled with love and passion.
Today's not one of complete sadness . . . but also celebration.

Please share Jack's memory of the good times, and laugh about the “bad”.
I am thankful for each and every moment that we had.

A genuine spirit like this one will never go away.
Remember Jack with a smile when you shed life's tears today.
