Milne Family - I'm so very sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. I was always aware of him as a prominent business man in town. However, during his time at Taigh Na Mara I became aware of what a kind and generous man he was. He acted as a resident advocate for those who were unable to speak for themselves and was extremely generous to those who had few resources. I know you'll miss him.

Please accept our deepest sympathies on the passing of Jimmy. He was a beloved figure for much of my life, as was his wife, Margie. I have been blessed to have known them both when I was just a young man. Now that I am older, I appreciate the quality of their character all the more. Rest in Peace, Jimmy.

Dear cousins, I am sorry I am not with you today. Jimmy was so important to all of us. He is a larger than life personality of my child hood. He was handsome and dashing, full of laughter, and even a small child could recognize an irreverence that was exciting to be around. His car, his boat, everything was fast and daring and different. His open and generous personality, mirrored by all of his children, made us feel so loved and so special. He knew how to spoil a kid! He and Marg were the most loving of hosts. Lobster rolls were a favorite every time we visited. He continued his spoiling with Jeffrey's visit a few years ago -loading up Jeff's pockets with Candy. As kids we were so in awe of the IGA- he was the first person I knew who owned his own business- he influenced me to own mine. There are so many memories of Jimmy-and your mom, almost all involving laughter. Love, Aprilxx
