I, along with other Colorado Council International Reading Association (CCIRA) past presidents and members, mourn the loss of Jim who was a calm and competent leader of the organization and passionate advocate of literacy learning for all students.
My thoughts and prayers are with Gaye and his family at this time.
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Jim. He will be sadly missed, but he certainly left a big impression on many, many people. What a fine man. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Forgot my name on the last post. Give our best thoughts and prayers to Gaye, Mike and the family.
So sorry to hear about Jim. I was always glad to see him and Gaye when we went to P.V. for a ball game. He was a wonderful man and teacher.
Gaye and family,
We were saddened when we learned that our friend, Jim, had lost his battle. He was such a gentle man with so much wit and knowledge.
May our condolences bring you consolation and peace during this difficult time.
Our deepest sympathy,
Kay and Al Prax
