Mrs. Swartz and Family - Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. I, and my family before me, held Jim in the highest esteem and affection. (Elaine Davis, Sally and Walter Phillips). In business he was trustworthy and professional, and as a human being, the most decent, kind person you would ever meet. There wasn't a greedy or mean bone in his body and the World was a better place for his being a part of it. We all share your great loss.
Dear Mrs. Swartz and family,
Please accept my condolences to you and your family at Jim's passing. We were Glendale Union High School classmates in 1956. I always remembered him with a sweet smile.
