Dear sugarman family,
i am a classmate of Jeffs from NU and was very sad to read of his passing...i JUST saw the latest NU magazine. I was very fond of him in college, he was always so personable and friendly .... we shared a few classes over the years and i was so happy to have considered him a friend. I am so sorry for your loss and wanted to send my condolences...im sorry for the delay but i didnt know . Please know im thinking of you and i will always remember Jeff.

I am shocked and so saddened to learn of Jeff's passing. I found out quite by accident trying to find your contact information online. I had no idea Jeff had been ill. It's so hard to believe. My thoughts are with you and Jake - and my memories of you & Jeff when you were first together. I am so sorry to hear this terrible news.
