Uncle John, thank you for always being such a great influence and pal to us McCormick kids. I was always impressed by your knowledge, wit, and all the jokes that made us laugh so hard. You will be greatly missed. I admired so many things about you and Aunt Helen. Rest in peace.

My Dearest Younger Brother,

You and I have shared so much during our time together. God Bless you. I am undergoing surgery this week and even with the assistance of my son Bill, I will not be able to attend your services in person, however, as always we will be together in spirit and soul. My son will express my feelings for me.
