Phyllis and family, I just found out that Jack passed away in April. 'm so sorry to hear of Jacks passing. I had the pleasure of knowing him and playing for him when he was at the Florida Blazers. He was a true gentlemen and person. He also was a great coach and leader.
God Bless

Phyllis, Anne and Ted......So sorry to hear about the passing of Jack Pardee. I really enjoyed watching him coach in the NFL. He will be remembered for all the years he spent coaching. throughout his career in football. I wish I could have helped him beat Cancer so he could have had a longer life with his family

Dear Ted, I was so sorry to hear of your Dad`s passing. He certainly personified the phrase "a life well lived." When I was reading the notice in our paper here, you popped into mind immediately. 1985 at St. Thomas was a long time ago, but it seemed like only yesterday, and it was so easily recalled how you idolized your Dad. No one had to be at St. Thomas very long before it was clear as a bell how your parents were so invested in your life. I remember your father coming to school on Parent`s Night, and he made a very admirable impression on me as a man with a wealth of sports fame to his credit, but his only concern that evening was you, and I was glad to have met him personally at least that one time. My friends who went to the Oilers games with me at that time always spoke of your Dad as a class act, and I honestly never heard anyone say otherwise. Take care of you and yours, Ted, and I wish I was writing under happier circumstances. Godspeed to you and your family. Jim Cavanaugh, Charleston, WV

Phyllis -- I was so sorry to learn of Jack's passing. Jack was one of the finest people that I've ever worked with in my career. I really enjoyed playing for him with the Redskins. He was an outstanding coach, but an ever better person. I owe so much to him. He was truly a remarkable man. I wish you and your family the best as you mourn his loss.

To Phyllis and the Pardee Family,

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. On behalf of the Barcelona Family our deepest condolences and prayers go out to the Pardee family. The wonderful memories created between our families will always be cherished. I know our family journey began with the Pardees' when Jack played college football for Texas A&M University. What a life well lived! Jack was a wonderful man, husband, father, friend, coach and athlete! I know many of his former teammates, family, and friends will miss him here, but I know of at least one Aggie in heaven that is joyful and will welcome him home! I believe Jack will be a special guardian angel that will watch over many of the lives he so graciously touched here on earth!

God bless!

With Love,
Tia Barcelona Woods, on behalf of The Barcelona Family
