Dr. Parker made friends thru the way he lived his life, he cherished, entertained, educated and truly encouraged those around him he cared for. I had the honor of working with him while I was assigned to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation/Medical Examiners Office, Atlanta, GA.. Condolences to the family..My prayers are with y'all. Retired Special Agent Principal, GBI, Mike McGinniss
My heartfelt sympathy to the Parker family. I had the privilege of knowing Dr. Parker when he was the Bibb Co. M.E. and I worked at the Maoon Lab. We all loved him--he was so sweet. My nickname for him was Parkie-Poo. He was a wonderful person, physician and friend.

Dads legacy is his love for God, his family, his work, his colleagues, and the many people he came in contact with during his long wonderful career. Dads' devout faith, his generous, loving spirit is the sweetest, gift God can bestow on us, his friends and family.
As always, Nancy Anne
Dad's thoughts on Him and Mere: It was forever thou, my companion,my guide, and mine own familiar friend. We took sweet counsel together, and walked in the house of God , as friends. Last, but foremost, Dad's loving and caring for the lost children of the many Mothers and Fathers who knew nothing but the loving caring touch from a gentleman who was called from God to address the pain and suffering of so many, who depended on his love and kindness to restore some sense of order to their lives. Yea , though i walk through the valley of the shadow of death thou shalt comfort me ,i shall fear no evil...In Jesus Name I pray, Forever and for always
