Dear Ann and Purcell family. Lorraine & I wish to express our sincere condolences to you and the family. I had the privilege of knowing and working with John when he was assigned to OSI District 22, Griffiss AB, NY, back in the time frame of '67-'72. He was an excellent example for the younger & newer OSI Agents under his wing. It has been about 15+ years since I last talked to him and regret that I did not keep in touch after that. Wishing you & the family the best in 2014.
To the Purcell Family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Mr. Purcell was such a living example of the greatest generation. Alway so gracious whenever we saw him. Our hearts are with you.
Ann & Family. I am so very sorry for your loss. I will keep all of you in my thoughts & prayers. God Bless. Susan & Grace Del Monte
To the Purcell family, I am very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
"He was a good man."
I think you'll read that here in this guest book. We'll all do well to have that as a legacy. Jack knew a lot of people both personally and professionally. We talked a number of times about good men (and people that weren't). And he would tell you. "He's a good man!" Jack would say, describing one of the good guys. I was at the service yesterday which did not lack impact. Jack, indeed, enjoyed the pursuit of the bad guys. but he liked the good guys, too. YOU are a good man, Mr. Purcell. Thank you for that!!!
Blessings to Anne and family in this time of a terrible loss.
