Jo, you are a very remarkable Christian Lady, filled with compassion and a unique capacity to exemplify love in difficult situations. I thank you for sharing so many special moments with me during our marriage.(Michael Anthony and Donald Russell)

Dear Elder Mitchell & Mrs. Boss Lady: You never know how people that we don't know affects your life. My son Matthew performed the song "STAND" at the IBA prayer breakfast recently and his performance touched Elder Mitchell. In so much so that when Elder Mitchell got up to speak he spoke about his loving sister Johnetta. His message touched everyone that was at the prayer breakfast that day. I am honored to have known Sis. Johnetta through Elder Mitchell's stories of her. It's funny because a few weeks ago there were about 5 ladies who came to visit our church "First Timothy Missionary Baptist Church" and they were all wearing red hats. The minister acknowledged them during the service and stated that they were fiends of his mother who passed away. I had never heard of the "RED HATTERS" before that day, and now to find out that Sis. Johnetta was also one of them? God works in mysterious ways...Be Of Good Courage and never let go of God's unchanging hand, be anchored to the Rock....Jesus
Aunt Johnetta, our love for you is everlasting. You will always and forever be in our hearts and on our minds, and we thank you for always being there.
