Dr. farrington became friend's with my father after my mom passed away. He'd always come by & take dad out for lunch. Dad told me "Joe's a good egg"! Thoughts & prayers to the family & to his fiancee Mildred..

We were saddened to learn of Joe's passing. He was a class act. We were fortunate to have known him both professionally and as a friend. His ready smile and his terrific sense of humor were most refreshing. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. We regret that we will be unable to attend his services, but will be thinking of him as we watch our grandson graduate from Chico State at the same time. We offer our condolences and our prayers to the family, and to Mildred, his very special friend.

I will always remember Dr Farrington's sense of humor & love of music...He was our family eye dr for many,many years...He once told me the nxt time I broke my glasses (3 in 2 yrs)he'd make my nxt ones out of green steel...luckily he didn't have too..but...May the family be blessed with comfort, laughter & the memories of a very good man... always,
