Joe was our neighbor. Always helpful in many ways. A wonderful family man with a wonderful loving family. Know that I write this with great sorrow for your loss.

It was my pleasure to have worked with Joe in Planning and Research at Houston Police Department. Joe always had a smile on face, the village Pd was lucky to have him as a chief. I also had the pleasure to work with his son, Jim. I know he will be greatly missed, rest in peace, Joe. God Bless.
