Tumak, (aka Bwana Joe) has gone on to hunt the truly exotic game. Shoot straight Joe. I miss you and the times we spent together - you cooked a mean skillet of eggs & potatos & garlic (heavy on the garlic). I learned much from you - life lessons that I carry with me still today. You gave my my first gun, my first hunt...and you laughed your head off when I shot a blackbird instead of a mourning dove. I gladly carry the memories of you on - I could never thank you enough. I'm truly a richer man for having known you. Fare well Tumak!
Dear Mary Ann and Lena, I was so sad to hear about Joe's passing. I have so many fond memories in my heart and know he will be missed by so many.
Lee, John & Mary Ann,
I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's and Joe's passing. I wish I could have been there. It sounds like it was a lovely memorial, filled with family and friends. My deepest sympathy to you all.

Mary Ann, sorry we cannot make the service on Sunday.
We will miss Joe's smile, and he is in a great place now.
