Dear Floyd, Gerard, and Families:
Sorry to read last week about your mother's death in the TP. Judy was a band student of mine when I was in my first teaching job at Destrehan High School when Mr. Harry Hurst was principal. I recall her as a quiet, polite and gentle young lady and very devoted band member. I was only at the school for two years (1954-55). My condolences and my prayers are with you and your families.

I have so many childhood memories of Mrs. Judy as I grew up next door. She was a wonderful person and will be sadly missed. We will keep you and your whole family in our prayers at this most difficult time.

ILL LOVE AND MISS U FOREVER JUDY. U WERE ONE OF MY FAVORITE CHRISTIAN ANGELS THAT I WAS SO BLESSED TO HOLD VERY DEEPLY IN MY HEART AND SPIRIT. IT WAS SUCH A PRIVLEGE TO PRAY WITH U AND FOR U. TO THE FAMILY-YALL HAVENT LOST JUDY-HER SPIRIT WILL ALWAYS BE WITH THOSE OF US WHO LOVED HER SO DEEPLY.
