Kevin and I graduated together from Palmer in March, 1984. He was a great guy! A good and faithful friend. I was with him just about every day of the week during our years at Palmer. He was very smart and was always better prepared than any of us when we had our weekly study group. He was among the best student doctors in the Palmer Clinic not only because of his knowledge but because of his compassion for his patients. I also remember that he was the youngest in our class. Me being from Texas and Kevin from Louisiana always brought about fun and friendly teases about each other's States and of course his beloved LSU and of course our animated discussions regarding his Saints and my Cowboys. I am so very stunned to have learned of Kevin's passing. I learned about it in our Palmer 2014 Summer Insights magazine that I received today (6-3-14). I sat in disbelief and sadness for his precious family, friends and patients because of his way too early departure. And I sit in great regret because the last thing I told him on our graduation was that I would plan on visiting him someday in Louisiana.
Sincerely with a broken heart,
Joe Fawcett, DC

Dr. Moran,
We can't believe you are gone. Thank you for being Scott's dedicated doctor for over 20 years. Thank you for putting his and all your patients needs before your own. You were an amazing man and friend to us both, we will never forget you. Rest in Peace.

As I sit here and write about you and how much our entire family will miss you, the tears are rolling down my face. So glad we had conversations before and after your surgery. You were always the little entertainer at family picnics and gatherings. I think you even made a little money off of us because we use to pay you to perform. You were always so naturally funny and made everyone laugh. You grew into such a one of a kind person cousin. You truly will be missed by all who knew you. RIP my dear cousin Kevin. We will meet again!

Love, Cousin Charlene
