When sorrow comes, as sorrow must
All that can help us are time and trust,
Time --- the great healer of grief and sorrow
Trust --- in the thought of a brighter tomorrow.

To the bereaved Family and Friends of Brother Leslie Lee Coe:

The Pastor, Officers and members of the Metropolitan Baptist Church extend to our beloved members, Sister Carol Jones-Hightower, Sister Michelle Jones-Johnson(Rodney) and the entire family, Rodney Jr., Ramon, Rachel and Raven, our deepest and sincere sympathy in the loss of your loved one, Brother Leslie Lee Coe. Although sadness fills your hearts today, remember that God holds your hand and He will give you sufficient grace and strength to bear your burdens and sorrow.

Rest assured that you do not grieve alone; we are with you in spirit and concern. We shall be much in prayer for the entire family. May the knowledge that our Heavenly Father, who does all things well, sustain you during these dark hours.

Therefore, we commend you to our Heavenly Father, whose compassion never fails. It is our prayer that God will give you peace and comfort, bless and abide with each of you now and always. “Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid; neither be thou dismayed; for the Lord thy God is with thee withersoever thou goest.”

Prayerfully Submitted,
Metropolitan Baptist Church

Sorry to hear of your loss. I remember your family as a kid in Kansas City, KS when our families visited. Don't know if you knew, but we lost our mother Enes Russell on 5/16/14. May God bless you. You are in our prayers.
