Rest In Peace Lilly....
Saturday, February 02, 2013
I have very fond, fun, loving memories of Lilly. I know she loved her family, and loved great friends. I will miss hearing her voice on the other end of the phone asking how everyone is...she was very genuine and always so thoughtful. God Bless her, and your entire family. Love Connie'Marie Rao

Words can't express how broken my heart is. You were our whole lives. You made the family complete. You loved us all unconditionally. I could go to you anytime I needed a sympathetic ear, you were always there for me.. I had the most amazing childhood with you and Grandpa, some of the happiest memories of my life. Staying at your house every summer, Grandpa taking us swimming, and as always, you in the kitchen cooking for us.
I've learned so much from you, how to be a good mother and how to love deeply. You taught me how important family is. You are my inspiration. I can't imagine life without you. My heart is broken forever. But I have to find comfort knowing you are with Grandpa now, and I have two beautiful Guardian Angels watching over me and my family. I have been truly blessed to have you in my life.

I love you always Grandma. Rest in Peace,

Loving you Always, Cheryl

I had the pleasure of meeting Lily so many years ago and loved her from the very first moment. She was so full of life and always had a smile. She was an amazing mom that put her family first. May she rest in peace.

Lillian Alessi was another word for Mother. She opened her home, and most importantly, her heart to everyone who entered her life. I was one of her "Adopted" sons. We were last together on April 6,2012 as we celebrated her Son Raymond's birthday. She was one of the true joys of my life. She was my second mother. She had a way of reaching us at a time when we needed a calm and loving voice. She made us understand that our parents ,no matter how they disagreed with us,loved us and wanted what was best for us. She was a great cook and fed us all the time. The coffee and cake were always on the table. She and Dad loved when we we older and had girl freinds and would come to the house with Pizza after which we would play cards till two in the morning. She could make Wednesday seem like Friday night. Her warmth and caring way set an example for us,her adopted sons who loved her very much. I am sure that she is now with her loving Angelo. I can hear him now asking her "when was the last time you had a fat lip" and her answer,as always, not before I get you first and then a big laugh from both of them.
Ma, I love you and miss you and will never forget you.
