Skip, I am proud to have you for my cousin. Though we didn't spend a lot of time together I looked up to you! I always remember your smile. Even when I saw you for the last time, you smiled so big. Your smile would light up a room. You will be greatly missed. Love you!
Skip Marchesi, what do you say about a man that hasn't been said already, he had a heart of GOLD and the patients to deal with what ever life threw at him. I had rode with him several times in GWRRA Chapter A's rides knowing the smile on his face he was enjoying life's adventures. He will be missed by many and I will miss his FUN personality. God Bless you Skip, rest in peace.
Skip was my Uncle and even though I did not get to know him until I was eighteen, when we did start talking to each other he treated me as if he had know me my whole life. He was always smiling and always had a joke to tell. I wish I had spent more time with him and he will be missed. Marge I hope you are doing ok and know that Skip will always be with you and all of us as he was a very special kind of person.
"Sgt. Marchesi" was truly a wonderful man that not only mentored my husband and other troops, but both he and his wife Margi got Mike and I through some difficult times during the 220th's deployment in Iraq. Thank you for your service and thank you both for your words of encouragement.
Skipper: Reading the guest book a common theme emerges. A kind, gentle and caring man who was loved by so many. Not many people can leave this earth with a "thumbs up". I will always remember you and thanks for being my friend.
