Lucinda L. Adams

Lucinda was my mother's first cousin. I remember visits to the Trading Center for school clothes. Lucinda and Curtis were always the very nicest of people. I knew that they were teachers in high school. Lucinda coached the cheerleaders as part of her job.

They will be missed.

Mrs. Adams was a remarkable woman and an inspiring teacher. When To Kill a Mocking Bird was published she insisted that I read it immediately, which I did. Each subsequent reading has brought forth fond memories of her.

Ms. Lucinda was very special to Pastor Gerald and myself. She and Gerald had those Auburn Tigers in common! And she often took us out to lunch. We are thinking of the family at this time, especially Glenn. Many blessings, Corrina Casson (served at Highland Park UMC).
