Dear Missy,
It has been many months since your loss but I hope it is never too late to express my sorrow. Regretfully, I didn't know about or see an obituary such that I could have been a part of the funeral. You and the Aldridge family are so special. I want to extend my love and prayers to you and your children.

I went to ECU with Mark for three years. I can truly say I never met a more genuine or fun guy to be around. I hadn't seen him since those days in the early 80's, but I'm sure he was just as great as a grown man as he was as a young man. My condolences to Missy and his children.

Mark was a wonderful man with an amazing smile. tremendous courage, and a positive attitude toward everyone. His love for his friends and family was all-encompassing. I know that we will miss him. Missy, Mallory and Chase, you will be in our thoughts and prayers, and if there is anything we can do, let us know. Mark's friendship was a blessing to all of us.
