Mary Virginia Sewell (Thomas)
Dear Kay & Valee,
I just want you to know how sorry I am to find out about your mother passing at this late date, she went "home" right after my Daddy. But your mother was such a treasure to me when we were growing up, and she always made me feel so special and loved. How lucky you ladies are to have a mother like her.
Please accept my deepest sympathies from the bottom of my heart.
Kay and Val,
Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. May your memories sustain you in the days ahead.
May Our Heavenly Father comfort you at this time.
William G. Sewell (Bremen)
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
Dear Virginia Lee (Valee) and Kay:
Wife Nell and I are saddened to learn of your mother's passing. She has been one of our favorite people since we met your family at Little Cumberland.
Her friendly magnetism and warm smile brought joy to us whenever we met at LCI, St. Simons, Sea Island and Atlanta. We are pleased that her charming warm personality has been passed on to you two lovely daughters. Although we don't know Dave, but please remember us to Steve Lowe. Daughters Lane Mathis Arnold of Denver and Nell Mathis Black of Atlanta and Carol Mathis Cartus of Marietta join us in sending condolences to all of you - - please know you are in our prayers during this time of your loss.
Nell and Evan Mathis
