Matilda Lakos

Mom, I will always love you and miss you very much. My life has always been a rollercoaster of highs and very low moments, but it was you that always helped me up and put me on the right path. Sometimes we both disagree with each other, and at the end of that certain momement we end up loving each other. My love for you goes beyond the afterlife, and right to you in heaven. If God is willing, I will see you, dad, and the other members of our family who are with you in heaven. Mom you were the solid foundation of our family that will never be replaced by some else. Love you always!

I'm sorry I never had the opportunity to know your mother. From everything i've read and heard she is an incredible woman, mother, friend and person. I am deeply saddened for all of you for your loss and I will continue to keep her and all of you in my prayers. Please know you are in my thoughts daily and we love you all very much.

I didn't know Matilda but I know her legacy, her grandson and my good friend Troy and her daughter Troy's mom Linda. Good people, I love them both.

Words are hard to come by as I think of everything your mom did for all she came in contact with. For me personally she opened her heart and made me a part of the family when my own family turned their backs on me. I will forever love and be grateful to have known you.

Matilda, you were the first person other than my parents to hold me after I was born. I remember being a child next door, and the treats from the cookie jar on your kitchen counter. You were a beautiful person that I will carry in my heart forever. Until we meet again in Heaven… I love you.
