Dr. Sager delivered my husband 32 years ago this August. My husband was adopted by his forever family the next day. Dr. Sager is the only name that we know that connects my husband to that day he was born and with his biological mother. I am so sorry for you loss and wish we could have had the pleasure of meeting him as it is evident he was loved by all who knew him.

I was so heart-broken to hear he has passed. He delivered my daughter 22 yrs ago. She was in the car with me when I received the letter and she wanted to know why I was tearing up. He listened and spoke to me about everything and didn't rush the appointment like most doctors do. This is sad, and he will be missed and hard to replace. Guess I will be looking for another gynecologist :(

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Sager. Dr. Sager began taking care of my wife and family in 1988. He delivered both of my boys at Memorial Hospital in 1991 and 1994 respectively. Between the birth of our sons, we experienced an unfortunate miscarriage. Although I'm certain he had seen this happen numerous times before, Dr. Sager was so compassionate and understanding during a very difficult time for us. My wife will miss his comforting voice and wonderful care. We are so sorry for your loss.

I was totally shocked to read Dr. Sager's obituary on the internet.
I moved away 6 years ago and the last time I saw him was in 2008. He will be greatly missed.
All my sympathy to his family.

I just opened my letter today, heartbroken....the kindest Doctor I've had. Dr. Sager has been my Doctor for 23 years, and always remembered what was going on in my life. From waiting tables at Longhorn (he liked the salmon there) to graduating College and becoming a teacher. He is going to be missed greatly. To his family...I'm so sorry for your loss.
