I just took a look down memory lane of your life! My, how beautiful and what a wonderful oriented life you lived. WE all are faced with storms to cross and one of the biggest for you was becoming cancer free. You were blessed with an awesome husband Jim, two sons George and Jim and two precious granddaughters. I remember laughing a lot when we were growing up and since we were grown. I remember us meeting at pa Harpers with our first born. your George and my Shannon. We took their picture sitting together in grandpa's Harpers chair as it was a big deal to each of us! Shannon was only a month or so in age. WE grew up eating spaghetti and we both wanted our own big bowl, especially at your home. You could always eat more spaghetti than I. We could laugh, talk and giggle for hours or until one of our dad's said, bedtime night girls and we hushed!
Peg, cousin you had a beautiful life and in that you were a caring, wife, mother and grandmother. I know just how excited a grandmother you were by sporting those sandles around when out walking with them. You were so proud of your new feet, toes and I was so jealous!
It is hard to say, just how sad our hearts are in your passing! Your love and life's happiness shows thru the eyes of the waters of the sea and the love of your life "Jim." God, calls us home when it is our time and we often wonder, but are not to question! With those words in closing, "I Love You Peggy, your sweet Jim, boys and families as well as your parents and family!
You were a precious soul who brought laughter, smiles and love."
Rest in Peace and God be with You!

"I was driving home from the visitation and said, Peg I hope you are at peace and near a celestial beach enjoying a drink. A second later I saw this beautiful rainbow. Prayers to the Butler family as they mourn and celebrate the life of an amazing lady.." - Sallie Haymore

Peggy, a wonderfully kind soul with just the right amount of mischief! She was a warrior..strongest woman in our family. So, so talented, always taking on a challenge, from cooking to crafts to education. I'm sure she's teaching lessons above....Love and miss you..
