I was shocked and saddened to hear of Rae's passing. While I only knew Rae thru emails and post on IPF message board, she seemed like a close friend. She always had encouraging words and advice for me and my mom. I am sure her family is suffering terrible with her passing. She will truly be missed.

Richard and family, Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss.
I live in Australia but Rae and I became firm friends through the ipf website. The time difference meant we had many chats while you were undergoing surgery Richard and USA was sleeping and Rae wAs up worrying for you. Rae supported me during the demise of my husband earlier this year and I will never forget her words of encouragement. She was a very special person. Marion Walker, Victor Harbor, SA

I never had the honor to meet Rae, but felt like she was a dear friend. I only knew her through the IPF web site Inspire. She always had such wonderful helping information that she shared with us all. Even though she was going through the Journey with her husband, she was always ready to advise or give someone a kind and comforting word when they were in need. Such a special angle and I will miss her greatly. I send all my love and comfort to Richard and her family. I am so sorry for your huge loss.

Richard and family; I am so sad to hear of Rae's far too soon death. She was such a nice person and a lovely lady. I always enjoyed socializing with her through the years in the Assessor's Office and on the occasions when we would run into each other out and about in Ventura. My prayers are with you all.
