It's not the same at NWCC without seeing Mr. Ralph here every night. He was a Godly man that I had the utmost respect for. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family. God bless you Mr. Ralph.

To Mrs.Reese and your family my heart and prayers go out to you'll Capt.Reese was my first captian when I first got employed by the mscaa.in 1998, he was on. the inteveiw board at the time and had faith in me that I could do the job.He was a captain who was fair kind and treated his officers with respect and had your back if you needed him too and if you were right in the actions you took.He's in GOD HANDS NOW FOR A GREATER REWARD I thank God that he passed through my life.may God bless and keep you'll always...

To Gwen and family, I was shocked to hear of Ralph's home going, but you can be comforted knowing that he was a man of faith and he is now with the lord. During our time working together I always knew he had my back and I his' in any situations we found ourselves in.
