Hey Ray,

I can hear you saying "Hi Di" now. I am thankful you were such a great uncle/father figure to me. We had such good times. I will list a few:

You & I competing on squirting water out of our fists at Homassa Springs. (you won)

You & I bouncing a superball around your dining room in Seffner.

Spending 3 awesome weeks with you & Aunt Peggy in Hawaii.

Going to Grand Cayman with you guys and when you were snorkeling or seeing manta ray's or something I was diving with Buzz Aldrin.

The wonderful Thanksgivings in Gatlinburg and your home. ( and many other holidays as well)

Of course I can't forget the trip to Canada - wow, what a nice time.

So many great memories, thanks for all of them, there are way too many to list.

I will always remember your love, kindness, concern, company, smile and will miss you, but will keep you in my heart.

It was hard to see you go, but you lived a full life and were so kind to include me in so much of it. Love, Di

Uncle Ray,
Thank you for sharing a part of your journey in life with my family. You were always on my father's mind and he sure enjoyed you and Aunt Peggy making your visit to California. Your smile and kind personality will be dearly missed, it reached out to every person you met and that is what we will remember about you. I take comfort in knowing you are being watched over by a special angel.

Uncle Ray,

You had work for your hands to do. ?
Your pockets held a coin or two. ?
The sun shone bright upon your windowpane. ?
The rainbows certain to follow each rain. ?
The hand of a friend was always near. ?
Now heaven with gladness holds you dear.

You are a man to be proud to know.
