Dick was my first Section Chief at Cedar Street in Newark when I returned from the service in 1959. I had the utmost respect for him for he treated me and others in kind. He was a true gentleman. As he was in my thoughts many times over the years, I will remember him now in my prayers.

In my 27 years at WeCo I never was given the opportunity to work for Dick, but I do know he was at the top of most everyone's "Supervisors I'd like to work for list". .........Reb Blower

I know this has been a very difficult time for you. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts. I hope good memories of your dad will bring you comfort.
