So sorry for your loss. I knew Richard as an employee of the City's ITD Department. I will always remember Richard's pleasant demeanor and occasional jokes. Richard always treated me with kindness and respect. Please know there is a lot of sentiment that comes with these words. It's so sad to lose someone so special. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Kathy & Richie, I heard about your loss from an email from the graduating class of Robert E. Lee which I also was a part in 1967. I was so sad to hear and my heart hurts for you both. I was out of town or I would have been at the service. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family.
So sorry to hear of Richards passing...thoughts and prayers to all the family....Sandy Hostetler (Dr.Knauer)
Our world has lost an amazing person. I worked for Richard in my 1st Supervisor role in IT at the City of Jacksonville. He was a great mentor and role model and became a good friend in the process. I will never forget him and his influence on me in those early years of my career. My heart goes out to all of the family.
