My deepest condolences to Richard's family. I was a co-worker at Red Brick/Informix. Richard was a great guy and a pleasure to work with.

Our deepest condolences go out to Kim and the children from an old Digital Equipment Corp coworker in Colorado Springs. I still remember Richard and very young Sam and Ross camping near Bishops Castle.

I knew Richard thru my association with him @ SDForum SIG Meetings. He was always helpful and friendly at all times. I am saddened by his premature passing & this passing reminds all of us how precious but short, life is.

As Richard's former manager at Informix, I send our deepest condolences on behalf of Richard's colleagues from IBM/Informix/Red Brick. He was a key contributor, a mentor and a great friend to all of us.

I am truly sorry to hear of Richard's passing. His hosted SIG meetings and conversations were often a bright light at the end of very trying BI-infused days. I will miss him.
