To the Affronti Family,
The service was extremely moving, and my family was honored to be there. Robert was not only my best friend's father, but MY friend. He always treated me like a son. I'll never forget the many, many times I had the honor of attending Christmas dinners at the Affronti home, or the many times he advised me about homes, business, and life in general. I will miss you dearly Robert.

"We will miss your smile every morning for coffee and bagle. We would like to express our condolences to the Affronti family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all."

Susan and I wish it were possible to be with you for the celebration of Robert's life. This is such an extremely sad occasion for us but you know that I cannot mention his real name (Brooklyn) without smiling. So many memories of our college lives and exploits have provided a lifetime of laughs. Oh Sharon, we are so helpless to comfort you. Know that you and Brooklyn will live on as we repeat the stories of our lives, particularly whenever the brothers are gathered.
"A good man, taken much too soon." "Brooklyn" was my best buddy during our Waynesburg College years, sharing many good times and fond memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
I will miss talking with him.
Our sincerest condolences to you, Sharon and the family.
He will always be remembered in our prayers.
