Bob, you were instrumental to my success in radio broadcasting. I thank you for the many hours of mentoring you provided to me and to so many other young Fairmonters back in the 1970s. As a teenager, I looked forward every Wed. to attending the pool parties he DJ'd in Fairmont. He was so friendly and related to the kids so well. I have thought and talked about him to people when we REMEMBER WHEN? With deepest sympathy to the family!

I first knew Bob when he was a DJ on WMMN in my hometown of Fairmont, WV. I later worked with him at WFGM-FM in the mid-80s. Please extend my thoughts and prayers to his family.
