May you rest in peace and enjoy being reunited with Aunt Mary, Uncle Matt and the rest of our family. We will keep you alive in our memories.
Your Aunt Edna and cousins in MD.
I grew up on W. 140th Street. Popcorn was as much a part of West Park as anyone/anything I can think of. Kind of a local legend. I saw him on 140th--and everywhere else for that matter, all the time. I never even knew his real name. RIP Robert AKA Popcorn. God Bless You.
To the family and friends of ' Popcorn.' My sympathies to you on your loss. He was a unique person and he will be missed. He certainly was the Good Will Ambassador of West Park. May his memory be eternal as he rides in peace.
Popcorn was a constant presence for so many of us back in the 70's. Thank you Popcorn for teaching all of us (with eyes to see) the value of simplicity.
Popcorn, you touched so many. You have gone that last mile here and I wish for you many miles, smiles and rest in Heaven, where you surely are!
