When we moved from Chicago to Fort Wayne some 25 plus years ago ,Bob and Betty took us under their wing and made us feel so welcome. They attended our children`s Confirmations and were part of our celebrations. Bob is now reunited with Betty in God`s house .Prayers to Jane and Joanne for comfort . God`s blessings to them. Ed and Gay Oesterle
So sorry to hear of Bob's passing.I know he is happy in heaven reuniting with Betty.
I first met Bob waiting on him when I was a server at a restaurant downtown.I ended up at a Hall's out north and Bob and Betty were two of my favorite customers on Thursdays for Swiss Steak.
We got to know each other better when we would run into each other at Emmanuel.
I was unable to attend their funerals;but will continue to hold them in my heart.
Beautiful loving couple who were always a delight to talk to.....
Jane, Joanne, Margaret and other family members, please accept our love and gratitude for having known Bob all of these years - for his being a classmate of Dad and Bob and Betty being friends with Mom and Lee. He will be missed! Blessings and prayers. The Schoedel Family
Dear Bob and Betty's family, Joe and I send our deepest sympathy. Your folks were two of our favorite neighbors for many years til they moved to Lutheran Home. I miss Bob's voice, so calming.
Wish we could be there Monday but some family issues prevent it. You will be in our prayers and thoughts. Miss you soooo much Betty and Bob. Joe and Rosie Kraft
Our hearts and prayers are with all of you. May the comfort of Our Lord and the love of family and friends give your strength and peace. Blessings from Colleen (Henline) Kracht and family.
