Rosie: It has been great knowing you. I will truly miss you. I can't be there to tell you bye today, but know that I love and miss you. Plant all the flowers you want now. You will have to find someone else to carry for you. Bye Rosie.
I met Rosie when I was 18 in 1989 when she worked for Continental Express. Despite our age difference, we quickly became great friends. In fact, when she sold her house in Texas, she lived with me until she retired. I learned so much from her about life, love, and laughter. Oh, did we laugh. In fact, our last phone conversation we were laughing so hard on the phone, we were crying. I loved her so much and my parents did too. I am so so sorry for y'alls loss. She talked about you guys all the time. I was lucky as she came all the way to Texas for my wedding 11 years ago. I think because she had to meet the guy that would put up with me. I cannot express how truly sorry and sad I am for you guys. What a wonderful person she was.
She will be missed.

Rosie was a special friend from the Covered Bridge Festival. We've both had booths at Tangier for many years. Always looked forward to spending 10 days together with her. Will miss her so much.
