Rudolph Francis Frenville
So sorry to hear about Rudi passing away. He was such good friends with my Dad Dennis Sullivan and our family, and I remember all of the fun times at your home, especially playing with Queenie & Blackjack. Your parents taught me how to swim. Oh my Dad tried but when you parents said they would buy me a watch if I jumped in the pool, I went for it and the rest is history :) I fondly remember Rudi as the original racecar driver with more speeding tickets than Mario Andretti. He lived life to the fullest and was always sporting the best looking leather jackets on the planet! My best to the family during this difficult time. I get it since my Dad just passed away in March. Colleen (Sullivan) Bastkowski
John and Suzi, Jeanne and I are so very sorry for your loss. I can not imagine what this feels like for you both and your families. I know from talking with John how much your father wanted you with him as much as possible and how well you both and your families took care of him. I remember coming to your house in Ocean Township and seeing all of those black labs that your father raised. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you both and your families.
John and Suzi, I wanted to let you know how much I adored your parents. Denise sent a message on behalf of our family but I felt it necessary to call out some specific memories. Your dad was the first to buy me a mickey mouse watch and dr. scholl shoes ( dad refused as they were made of wood and did not bend!). He also got me hooked on black Labrador retrievers. I went so far as to name one "Rudi" and when I called to tell him, he seemed less than flattered. I explained that if human, he would smoke fine cigars and drink only the best scotch.. he got it. My deepest sympathies as I know how final this feels just losing my dad. God bless. Andrea ( Sullivan) Doelling
John and Suzi, I wanted you to know how much I adored your parents. Denise sent well wishes on behalf of our family, however, I felt it necessary to call out the wonderful times I remember at your house. Your dad was the first to get me a mickey mouse watch, doctor scholl shoes ( my dad refused because they were made of wood and did not bend!) and got me hooked on black Labrador retrievers which my husband and I have had our entire married life of 25 years. I went so far as naming one "Rudi" and called your dad to tell him so and he was not so sure he should be flattered:) When I told him if human he would play poker and drink some fine scotch..he got it. My deepest sympathies as I know how final his passing feels just losing dad myself. God bless.
The Sullivan family sends love and condolences to the Frenville family. Our dad died on March 5 th. We adored Rudi and Pat. Love, Denise email@example.com
