Hello Cathy and Family

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. As I look through the wonderful photos I can almost hear your Mom exclaim "oh my" with her hands on her face. And I remember all times we drank a cup of tea at your kitchen table with her - mostly with her shaking her head at us. And of course for a number of years, living in the same house separated by only a flight of stairs.

Cathy the resemblance with you and your Mom is uncanny.

Dear Brenda
You are in my thoughts on this beautiful Sunday morning. I was remembering all the times your poor dear mother was responsible for the care and well-being of both of us. Worried that we would set fire to the camp or lock someone in the toilet,I can only imagine her relief when my Dad came to fetch me. I am so happy that I was able to spend time with Aunt Ruth while she was in Mahone Bay.
Maynard's mother would chat it up with her and give me the what for when I said she didn't hear or understand. I so wish I could be there with you today but will see you soon when I return to the place of your birth. I am sending you a bucket of love, a basket of strength and a ton of wonderful memories. Deb

Dear Bren and family, my goodness I just took a walk down memory lane looking at all the pictures of the family, they are great! Was so sorry to hear about your mom, what a great old age she was and she looked like she enjoyed her family. Time goes on and everything comes full circle for us all, may you treasure all your memories and keep close to family......miss you and often think of you and how good you were to mom and dad...Love Lynn
