My Grandma Sherry was a great person, she had a significant impact on so many of our lives. She always had advice for someone who needed it. Grandma Sherry was a very strong woman who faced all of her problems. She has taught me so many things that I will always remember. I'm so very thankful for all that she has done for me to further my education and guide me. I appreciate all the wonderful opportunities she gave me to experience new things and advance myself as a person. I'm also very thankful for everything she has done for my Mom. I will never forget all the amazing trips she took my Mom, and I on. Hawaii, Seattle, Canada, D.C., Boston, all the memories from these places I will cherish. I'm going to miss having long conversations about anything with her after dinner.I'm going to miss her laughter after my Papa makes a joke. I would not be the same person I am today if it wasn't for Grandma Sherry. Thank you so much for everything, I love you Grandma Sherry.

It's said that the impressions that we leave upon the people that we encounter along life's journey are what determines how we will be remembered.
If my personal encounter with Sherry is any indication, she will be remembered for her humor, her tolerance, loyalty, concern and consideration.
Sherry's life is an example that many would benefit by following.
Thank you Sherry, for giving us the opportunity to know you.
Til the next time we meet.

I will always remember you Aunt Sherry for your relationship with my mom, the advice and stories you shared, your wonderful companionship with Uncle John, memories of our trip to Hawaii, your good cooking, your generosity, and above all, your bravery in all things you faced in life. You are a woman who is admired and who has impacted the lives of many.

Sherry was an amazing person. I believe she was a teacher at heart with an artistic soul and a fighting spirit. Sometimes the way we become family can be difficult and confusing but I am proud that she was my family. I can't imagine life without her. The memories I have of her I will always cherish and I hope I will never forget the sound of her laughter or the brightness of her smile. I will always be grateful for the things she taught me and how she encourage my own artistic soul. We both shared a love for creating things and she made beautiful things. I will always treasure the quilt she made for me. Sherry was a confident and strong woman who fought hard to be here for us all. I hope that I will have the strength and courage to face life...and death the way she did. Sherry I will always love you and I am proud to be your daughter.
