are blessed. Don and Marlene York
Sincere thanks to everyone for signing the guestbook and sharing memories of time spent with mom. The common thread is heard throughout - she was thoughtful, fun, caring, and generous with her time and talents throughout her lifetime. Her neighbors in Marysville did watch out for her, and she shared a story with us about the time she did her best to get up on a ladder to clean the gutters. In typical style, she never asks for help and was independent and felt she could do everything on her own without assistance. She watched out the window, checking to see that people were off to work, etc., and the coast was clear, drug out the ladder and was up to clean her gutters. She almost got away with it, but someone spotted her and insisted she let them take care of it and they did the whole job. Curses! Foiled again. HA!
We love her and will miss her so much. She had a full life and enriched ours as well. Thank you for your prayers and condolences.

Michael & Corkie,
We're so sorry for your loss. May your memories of joyous times keep your heart full. With love & hugs, Drew & Cindy Ferraro & family, and the rest of your "Thumb" family <3
What a loss for you guys. Your mom (and your dad) really were special people, I loved them both. It was always so much fun to see your folks and Helga and Veik on their monthly visits that we witnessed for many many years. Helga and Thelma were the definition of real girlfriends! They were so blessed to have had that kind of friendship. I can hear your moms laugh as clear as a bell as I write this. I know how hard it is to lose your mother, you will be in my prayers!
I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Please find peace and comfort in Psalms 65:2.
