Mr. Theodore M. Bailey, A True Gentleman who always placed the needs of others ahead of his own. Spirited, Whimsical, Charming. Kind, Generous, Honorable. He knew no stranger. A most Sincere Human Being. We are dearly blessed to know Mr. Bailey, our Beloved Friend.

Ted will be surely missed by family and friends. He has been a family friend for many years. I will miss his beautiful Christmas cards.

When we moved to the neighborhood about 8 years ago Ted took our trashcan back behind our house after it was emptied. He did it that first week and continued on every Monday from that day forth. What a dear neighbor he was, always looking for ways to help people. We will surely miss him.

Ted was a wonderful neighbor. He always watched out and fed the deers in our neighborhood. The deer always knew that they were safe in his yard. You will be missed Ted. Barb and Jim Devore
