Janice and family
I hold so many wonderful memories of times spent traveling with you two, working next door at MidTown motors to your mobile home sales lot, times at your home, etc. John loved Tommy and now they are in Heaven talking over old times. May God give you peace and understanding in the days ahead.
Love to you all, Darlene and boys
Dear Janice and family,
I have had so many good memories with you all that I could go on writing for days. From going to the Killeen Kangaroo football games in your motor home, Ruidosa, the Colorado trip- when Tommy was snoring so loud I thought he was a bear, checking trot lines at all hours of the night and morning on Lake Inks, and Tommy telling me to hold my nose sideways and I would catch a fish; but the best memory of Tommy was going fishing with him and my dad at Belton Lake-using a couple of BIG nets and their "special phone". Catfish came floating up all around the boat and Tommy jumped in the lake with a net and caught the biggest catfish I have ever seen! We had to tie it to the boat and drag it back to the dock. Unfortunately, that's the last time I've been fishing like that!
Tommy was a great person, and I am thankful to have all the special memories.
Our deepest sympathy to the Atchison family. We will forever treasurer those times spent together. What fun we had on our many road trips in the motor home and week-ends at the lake house. Thanks for the sweet memories.
Janice, Ricky & Jerry may you be surrounded by God’s love, blessed by His peace and aware of His presence during this time. Hugs & Blessings
Dear Janice, Ricky, Jerry,
I will always remember growing up and getting to swim, watch football, eat BBQ, and have a great times at Tommy and Janices. Tommy and Janice always made you feel at home. I will never forget Tommy's smile and laughter. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Dear Janice and sons, Redon and I were sad to get your call this evening about Tommy's death. We have so many good memories of our times together when we lived in Killen/Ft Hood. We regret very much that we are now in South Carolina and will not be back in Texas until after Tommy's funeral. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Your dear old friends, Ron and Redon Forest.
