Elaine - so sorry to hear of Vivian's death, but I know you are content that she is now in the arms of our Heavenly Father. Sidney and I send our love to you and your family. Aunt Vivian was a special lady – I have many fond memories over the years and I know she will be missed. Grace and peace to you and Richard and family – and may God comfort you with His presence during this time. Much love, Herb
My condolences and prayers to Vivian's family and friends. I had the pleasure of having Vivian as a friend when I lived in Saulsbury for a few years and joined one of the clubs she was a member of. She was smart as a whip and on top of things like a youngster. She always was such a great contributor, participant and, of course, a great friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace now in Heaven with Our Lord and her loved ones who paved the way before her. I hope our paths may cross again someday.
Well done, Elaine. You took such excellent care of your mom and made sure all her needs were taken care. She will be greatly missed.
I did my practice teaching under Vivian's direction, and I will always remember how kind and helpful she was to me. Our paths crossed again at Memphis State with the Basic and then Advanced Aerospace program. Both those classes enriched my life and Vivian was at the helm of the program then. She knew everybody, where to take the class, how to make it instructive but fun! She was fun!! She touched a lot of educators' lives. God bless you all.
I am so sorry for your loss. Vivian was one classy lady. I hope I can look as good as she did on the beach in her swimsuit at Tanner's wedding
