Dr. W. Carter Williams Jr.
Dr. Williams was my doctor from my camp physical when I was twelve until he retired. and I am 64 now. He was a wonderful doctor and I was blessed to have him.

We are so sorry for your loss. We were long time patients of Dr Williams. He was an excellent doctor, and a good and kind man. He liked to talk about his Gravely tractor, and we also owned one. We will miss him.
Dr. Williams had stopped taking new patients but took me as a favor to my aunt, nurse Nancy Galdenzi. This was in late 80's. Then he took my wife as a favor to me. A finer 'gentleman' doctor has never existed. He might have been beat on doctoring, I don't know but he will never be beat on his combination calm demeanor, humor and highest integrity. I loved him greatly and was crushed when he retired. I miss him to this day. To his family: You had a great, great patriarch who was greatly admired and respected by thousands.
A man of dignity, stature, and compassion and such defines not only a great physician but a great fellow citizen. I was honored to work with him as well as to be his patient. His bedside manner was literally infectious. We are poorer because he no longer walks with us. Warmest condolences to the family and friends.
