William "Bill" Hutson Favor
Bill was my partner in the NOPD 6th District during the NOPD strike in 1979. He was both serious and funny and we had a great time. I will always appreciate the way he watched my back and taught me more in that 3 week span than I learned in an entire LSP career.
Bill, may you rest in peace and thank you for taking care of me.
With Deepest Condolences,
A beautiful and moving service truly befitting of "Bill Favor", and his beloved family. We all nearly broke down when Ken's son presented Taps'in Honor of "Our Fallen Soldier". Favor looked as magnificant and proud in death as he did each day of his life.
"God Bless You, Bill", You are already missed!
Please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences to the entire family. Bill was a good personal friend and co-worker for more than 25 years. I have many fond memories of times and experiences I shared with Bill.
Bill was an exemplary State Trooper and a loyal and dedicated public servant. His contributions and loyal service to so many for so long will never be forgotton.
To Aline, Lisa and Norman, you were blessed to have Bill with you all these years,as all of us were.It is my prayer that the Lord grant you comfort during these most troubling times.
What a shock to hear of your passing. I just spoke with you a few months ago about my son passing away and the cancer surgery I was facing. You had such encouraging words as always. You were my "best friend" for over 40 years. You had a way of always seeing the good in people, never judging or looking down on anyone. Your were one of a kind that will be missed for many years to come. Your children were lucky to have such a caring father and I hope their memories help them thru this sad time.
Thinking of you in your time of sorrow. Love you Norman, Lenora, Lisa. Aunt Peggy
