I truly enjoyed getting to know Mr. Dreher every 4th of July at Larry's house. He was a true patriot and our thoughts and prayers go out to the Dreher family for their loss.
I'm so sorry for the loss of your father. In reading the death notice, I see what a remarkable life he lead and how lucky you were to have him with you this long.
Our condolences to Charles, Theresa, and Larry, and all of William's family, friends and loved ones. You are in our thoughts and prayers that God will give you peace, comfort you in your sorrow, and heal the brokenhearted. We are grateful for William's service to our country in the U.S. Submarine Service during and after WWII. He qualified in submarines on the USS O-6 in 1941 and went on to serve on several more submarines in his Naval career. To our "Brother of the Dolphin" ... "Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. May you rest in peace and may God bless your loved ones. Thank you for your service to our country." -- Rev. Ray Fritz, National Chaplain United States Submarine Veterans, USSVI.
