So sad to hear of Dr. Galloway's death. He delivered our first child in 1964, the second child in 1966 . Dr. Lester delivered the third in 1971. A wonderful doctor! God Bless the family on your loss.
Bob/Carol Elliott of Buford, Ga.
Dr. Galloway delivered me 6/28/1957 at Georgia Baptist Hospital. My brothers followed
in 1959 and 1965. My mother, Virginia Brooks Bradford,
always spoke very highly of Dr. Galloway and Bartholomew
Group. At the time, my parents
lived on 6th St. in Midtown. My sincere condolences to Mrs.
Galloway & the family. Sadly,
my mother died unexpectedly
9/27/11 just short of age 82
following complications from
surgery. The life and legacy of Dr. Galloway was/is a blessing for thousands of people, and may God continue to bless
May God comfort each of you. I know Caroline has lots of good things to remember. Our family knew Dr and Mrs Galloway from when I was a tiny kid. We grew up sharing Christmas gifts with his sister, Mary Blount. I went to her preschool. She made me the wonderful person I am today, :D! Dr Galloway was a strong and happy guy, an asset to the community and our church.
I was raised at Wieuca with Dr Galloway's children during the 60s and 70's. He and Mrs Galloway were friends of my parents, Ralph and Hulene Slay. I remember Dr. Halloway always being cheery. That is a trait to be admired.
I have such fond memories of your father. He was a regular visitor at my grandparents home (Ralph and Hulene Slay). I had the wonderful opportunity to visit with him through the years. It was always delightful to see him as his smile and caring nature was quite contagious. His presence at church was always a joy.
May God give you and your family peace and comfort at this time and always.
