My condolences to the family and close people that were with Ray . In the few times that I saw him I have always admired him and knew that he was very special. A true asset to our trade will be missed.
My sincere sympathies go to the whole Higgins family. It's so hard to say good bye to a great friend.
Ray and I go back many years, 47 to be exact when he was the second journeyman electrician that I had worked under during my electrical apprenticeship. The International Association of Electrical Inspectors was important to Ray as he supported the organization by cooking for picnics, taking care of refreshments at apprenticeship graduation dinners, along with many other activates associated to with the electrical industry.
May you rest in Peace Ray.
Dear Kathy and family, I am so sorry to hear about Ray. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
I also feel very privileged to have worked side by side with Ray for the last 6 months. It is so saddening i never got to say goodbye. He was a GREAT man to say the least. Sorry Ray!
My sincere sympathies to Ray's family and dear friends. I had the privilege of knowing Ray at Palm Beach High School. I am so glad to have seen Ray at our class reunion last year, our 50th Reunion!
R.I.P. What a kind, gentle and caring man!
