Carol and Family,

I am so sorry, I just saw this this afternoon or I would have come to the service for your Dad. It's not easy losing a parent and I always loved being around your family. Such great memories. My prayers are with all of the Lubbers Family.

Bill hired me in 1972. I worked the Texas Panhandle area and retired in 1998. I thought the world of Bill as he was one of the better men I ever worked for. My condolences to Mrs.Lubbers and the familly.

To Bill's Family- My most sincere condolences. Bill finished his career with Bayer working for me. He demonstrated integrity and loyalty that all should desire to possess. He had a genuine love for family and I have great memories and respect for Bill. God Bless Genovia and family
